Eligible returns Ready-To-Wear hats. Please be sure your head measurements are accurate prior to ordering. If you are unsure, please call us.

Custom hat orders are non refundable. A deposit of 200 USD is needed to start the procurement of hat materials which is non refundable due to high cost.
